A BIT ABOUT ME

I’m an LA native with a passion for designing and building things. That’s been the thread through just about everything I’ve done, from growing up in a Persian household where hospitality meant turning every gathering into an experience, to spending the last eight years at Accenture building operations programs for companies.

I went to UCLA for undergrad and earned my MBA from USC Marshall. I found my way into consulting because it gave me the chance to do what I love most: walk into something messy, understand how all the pieces fit together, and build something better.

On paper, that work can sound pretty technical: operating models, AI strategy, process automation, governance. But the part I’ve always cared most about is the human side of it. Helping someone step into a leadership role for the first time. Bringing clarity to a problem that felt overwhelming. Finding the version of a plan that a room full of people with competing priorities can actually believe in and build together.

Outside of work, I’m a dad to two young kids who make every weekend feel a little like a contact sport. I ride road bikes through the canyons around LA, grow tomatoes and peppers in a backyard garden I’m probably too proud of, and host big dinners whenever I get the chance. That Persian instinct never really turned off.

I usually have a side project or two going as well. Apps, tools, products, and half-formed ideas that give me an excuse to keep making things after hours. I like learning enough about something to get my hands dirty and turn it into something tangible.

Whether it’s a program, a raised bed, a dinner for twenty, or a half-finished prototype on my desk, the impulse is always the same: take an idea and make it real.
